Smoky Paprika Steak Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz beef sirloin steak
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 large red chili pepper
    1 None lime, peel finely grated and lime juiced
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 None cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced on the diagonal
    4 oz baby spinach leaves
    None None Toasted pita bread, to serve
Preparation
    Place steak in a dish. Pound 2 tbsp of the oil, chili pepper, lime peel, cumin, paprika and salt with a mortar and pestle to a paste. Rub on steak. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
    For the dressing, combine yogurt, lime juice and garlic in a bowl. Season to taste. Refrigerate.
    Heat remaining 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet on high heat. Cook steak 2-3 mins each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, 5 mins.
    Combine tomatoes, cucumber and spinach in a large bowl. Slice steak thinly and add to salad. Serve with dressing and pita bread.
