Shrimp, Noodle And Green Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
    8 cups chicken stock
    1 2/3 lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
    7 oz dried rice stick noodles
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    1 None lime, juiced
    None None Cilantro leaves, to serve
    None None Sliced red chili pepper, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Add the onions and stir-fry 1-2 mins. Add stock and bring to a simmer.
    Add shrimp, noodles, fish sauce and lime juice. Simmer 2-3 mins until shrimp turn pink. Serve sprinkled with cilantro and chili pepper.
