Caramelized Figs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup yogurt
5 tsp honey, 3 tsp warmed
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground cloves
8 None fresh figs, halved lengthwise
Preparation

Combine yogurt, 2 tsp honey and spices in a small bowl.
Brush cut-side of figs with warm honey. Oil a large frying pan and place over medium-high heat. Cook figs, cut-side down, for 5 mins, or until lightly browned.
Serve figs with spiced yogurt.
