Sicilian Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 lb chocolate pound cake, cut lengthwise into 1/3 inch slices
2 lb fresh ricotta
1 cup granulated sugar
4 None eggs
2 tsp orange zest
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 oz dark chocolate, coarsely grated
3 tsp hot cocoa powder
3 None oranges, peeled, thinly sliced, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line an 8 inch springform pan with parchment paper. Line base of pan with sliced pound cake.
In a food processor, process ricotta and sugar until combined. Add eggs, orange zest, orange juice, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Process until combined. Fold in chocolate then transfer to prepared pan. Smooth surface and bake for 50 mins, or until almost set at center. Let cool in oven, with door ajar, for 1 hour. Chill overnight.
Dust cheesecake with hot cocoa powder and serve with orange slices.
