Crusted Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None lamb chops, French trimmed
    8 oz cherry tomatoes on the vine
    None None Olive oil
    None None Steamed green beans, to serve
    None None FOR THE CRUST
    1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup chopped green olives
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped parsley
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Brush lamb and tomatoes with olive oil. Season to taste. Arrange on foil-lined baking pan.
    For the crust, pulse breadcrumbs, olives, parsley, Parmesan cheese and oil in a food processor until mixture is well chopped. Press crust mixture on top of lamb chops.
    Bake for 10-15 mins, until lamb is cooked to desired doneness and crust is golden. Serve with roasted tomatoes and green beans.
