Cream Puffs With Berries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp granulated sugar
    7 tbsp unsalted butter
    1 cup flour
    4 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1 cup heavy cream
    1/3 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup raspberries
    1 cup blueberries
    None None Powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a baking sheet. Place granulated sugar, butter, 1 cup water and a pinch of salt in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil.
    Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Cool for 2 mins. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is smooth and glossy. Transfer to a large piping bag fitted with a large plain tip. Pipe 12 puffs, spaced well apart, onto the baking sheet.
    Bake for 20 mins until risen and golden. Make a slit in the side of each and return to the oven for a further 5 mins. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
    Whip the cream and powdered sugar in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until medium peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
    Slice the tops off the cream puffs and pipe the whipped cream into the centers. Top with the berries and press the lids gently in position. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
