Steamed Tofu With Cilantro - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None spring onions, julienned
    2 inches fresh ginger, peeled, julienned
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, plus 3/4 cup reserved for garnish
    1 1/4 lb silken tofu, halved and quartered
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    2 tsp sesame oil
Preparation
    Combine spring onions and ginger. Arrange 1/2 in the bottom of 4 individual shallow bowls. Top with fresh cilantro leaves. Add 4 pieces of tofu to each dish. Transfer bowls to a steamer. Cover and steam for 5 mins, or until heated through.
    Garnish with remaining onion and ginger mixture and reserved cilantro. Drizzle with soy sauce.
    Meanwhile, heat peanut oil and sesame oil. Pour over tofu. Serve immediately.
