Stir Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb baby bok choy, trimmed, halved lengthwise
2 tbsp peanut oil
6 oz Chinese broccoli, halved
3.5 oz snow peas
7 oz baby corn, halved lengthwise
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Preparation

Steam bok choy until wilted. Drain. Preheat a grill pan. Brush bok choy with 1 tbsp peanut oil then grill until tender.
Combine broccoli, snow peas and corn with remaining peanut oil. Grill vegetables until tender.
Meanwhile, combine mirin, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, sugar and sesame oil. Add vegetables and toss to combine. Serve warm.
