Chili Cheese Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, peeled and diced
    1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    750 g beef mince
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp paprika
    3 tbsp tomato puree
    4 tbsp tomato ketchup
    400 g can Mexican beans mix, drained
    50 g tortilla chips
    100 g Cheddar, grated
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until softened. Add the garlic and ground beef and fry for 6 mins, or until browned. Stir in the cayenne pepper and paprika and season with salt. Add the tomato puree, ketchup and 2/3 cup water. Simmer for 5 mins. Add the beans and simmer for 3 more mins.
    Spoon the chili into an ovenproof serving dish, arrange the tortilla chips in the chili, and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 8-10 mins, until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
