Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 cup flour
    4 tbsp seasoning salt
    4-5 cups cornflakes, crushed
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1 None cut chicken (8 pieces, about 5 lb)
Preparation
    Whisk together buttermilk and mustard. In a bowl, combine flour and seasoning salt. Combine cornflakes and parsley on wax paper.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0F. Pat chicken dry. Coat the chicken with seasoned flour. Coat with buttermilk mixture. Roll the chicken in cornflakes mixture until well coated. Place the chicken on a greased baking sheet. Cover lightly with foil.
    Bake for 1 hour, removing the foil during the last 20 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
