White Bean Salad With Cilantro, Mint And Lemongrass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (15 oz each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    5 oz baby spinach leaves
    1 None red onion, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh mint
    1 tbsp thinly sliced fresh lemongrass
    1 piece (3/4 inch) fresh ginger, grated
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 tsp honey
    2 None fresh small red Thai chili peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine the beans, spinach and onion in a large bowl.
    Whisk the garlic, herbs, lemongrass, ginger, oil, sauces, juice and honey in a medium bowl.
    Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with chili pepper.
