Mini Hot Dogs With Caramelized Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 None onions, sliced
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
    8 None cocktail beef franks, pricked
    8 small dinner rolls
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a medium skillet on medium heat. Saute the onions for 4-5 mins, stirring frequently, until it starts to soften and brown.
    Add balsamic vinegar, sugar and thyme; cook on ow heat, stirring, for 10 mins, until onion is very soft. Season to taste. Transfer to a bowl.
    Cook franks in the same pan for 5 mins, turning, until heated through. Place a frank in each roll and top with onions.
