Roasted Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large red pepper, de-seeded and chopped
    1 large yellow pepper, de-seeded and chopped
    1 tsp chopped rosemary
    1 tsp chopped thyme
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1 None chicken crown, about 500g
    2 None courgettes, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Put the peppers, zucchini and herbs in a roasting pan with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Roast for 20 minutes.
    Rub the paprika over the chicken. Turn the vegetables in the pan and position the chicken on top. Roast for about 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
