Spicy Bean Flatbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None small onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 None chili, finely chopped
    3 None medium tomatoes, diced
    1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
    None None Turkish flatbread, toasted
    3 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Preparation
    Lightly coat a frying pan with oil. Sweat onion over medium heat for 5 mins, until softened. Add garlic and chili. Cook for 1 min. Add tomatoes and beans. Cook for 5-7 mins, until heated through.
    Serve flatbread topped with beans and sprinkled with parsley.
