Cherry And Peach Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 oz) pitted cherries, drained well
    1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained well and halved
    1 tsp finely grated orange peel
    1/4 cup fresh orange juice
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp brown sugar
    None None Vanilla yogurt, to serve
    None None FOR THE CRUMBLE TOPPING
    1 cup rolled oats
    2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp chilled butter, chopped
    1 None egg white
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Place cherries and peaches in a bowl. Mix orange peel and juice, vanilla and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over fruit and toss gently to combine. Spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish. Set aside.
    For the crumble topping, place oats, almonds and sugar in a bowl and mix well to combine. Use fingertips to rub butter into mixture. Whisk egg white in a small bowl. Add egg white to oats and mix well to combine. Spoon crumble topping evenly over fruit.
    Bake for 25-30 mins, until golden. Spoon into bowls and serve warm with yogurt.
