Potato Double Whopper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None frozen potato pancakes
    2/3 lb ground beef
    4 tbsp breadcrumbs
    1 None egg
    5 tbsp tomato ketchup
    1 pinch paprika
    1 pinch white pepper
    2 tbsp oil
    8 None lettuce leaves
    3 None medium tomatoes, sliced
    4 None pickled gherkins, sliced
1/2 None onion, peeled and grated
    4 tbsp tartar sauce
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Put the potato pancakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for 25 minutes. Turn them over after 10 minutes.
Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg and 1 tbsp of ketchup. Add the paprika and white pepper. Season to taste. Divide the mixture into 4 and flatten them into burgers. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers for about 3-4 minutes each side.
Take the potato pancakes out of the oven. On 4 of them place a lettuce leaf and a quarter of the tomatoes. Put a burger on each one, then a quarter of the gherkins and onions. Put a dollop of ketchup and tartar sauce on each, followed by a lettuce leaf and another potato pancake.
