Rocky Road - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb milk or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    5 oz sugar wafer cookies, broken into chunks
    7 oz miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Line 9-inch square baking pan with foil. Melt chocolate in a large bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove from heat. Add cookie chunks and marshmallows. Stir to coat. Spoon into prepared pan.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours, until set. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve.
