Vegetables With Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None onion, chopped
    1/2 bunch spring onion, finely sliced (reserve a few slices for garnish)
    1 bunch basil, chopped
    1 bunch thyme, chopped
    1 1/2 lbs whole milk yogurt
    3-4 drops lemon juice
    1 2/3 lbs baby carrots
    1 bunch celery, trimmed and cut into sticks
    1 None red pepper, deseeded and sliced
    1 None yellow pepper, deseeded and sliced
    None None dry breadsticks, to serve
Preparation
    Mix the onion, spring onion, herbs and yogurt and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve with the vegetables and breadsticks.
