Lamb Kofta With Garlic Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground lamb
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    2 tsp Moroccan spice mix
    12 None bamboo skewers, soaked
    1 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp grated lemon peel
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    None None Pita bread and salad greens, to serve
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Preparation
    Mix ground lamb, cilantro and Moroccan spice mix in a large bowl until well blended. Divide mixture into 8 logs. Mold each around skewers to form sausage shapes.
    Heat an oiled grill pan or large skillet on high heat. Cook koftas 6-8 mins, turning on all sides, until browned all over and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
    Mix yogurt, garlic, and lemon peel and juice in small bowl. Season and mix well.
    Serve kofta on pita bread with salad greens. Drizzle with yogurt sauce and sprinkled with walnuts.
