Mini Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 None onion, grated
1 None large egg yolk
1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 tsp ketchup
None None olive oil, for frying
12 slices cheddar, cut into rounds
12 None small white bread rolls, halved
12 None lettuce leaves
None None barbecue sauce, to serve
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Place the ground beef, onion, egg yolk, breadcrumbs and ketchup into a bowl and mix to combine. Shape into 12 patties the same size as the buns.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 2 mins each side, or until browned.
Top each patty with a cheese round and bake for 3 mins, or until the cheese has melted and the patties are cooked through. Preheat the grill.
Meanwhile, toast the cut sides of the rolls and place a lettuce leaf on the bottom halves. Top with a meat patty, drizzle with barbecue sauce and finish with the top halves of the rolls.
Place the other half of the bun on top and secure with a wooden skewer.
