Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 None breaded chicken cutlets
2/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup jarred tomato pasta sauce
None None Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook chicken for 2-3 mins each side, until golden. Drain on paper towels. Transfer to a shallow ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle with half the mozzarella. Spoon pasta sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Bake for 8-10 mins, until bubbly and golden. Garnish with basil.
