White Chocolate Zabaglione - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 None egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
8.75 oz white chocolate, grated
1 cup marsala
None None cookies of choice, to serve
Preparation

Whisk together egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy. Fold in white chocolate and marsala. Place over a double boiler and whisk continuously for 4-5 mins, until thick enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon.
Spoon hot zabaglione into individual serving dishes or glasses. Serve warm with cookies.
