Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None English muffins, halved horizontally and toasted
    1/3 cup barbecue sauce
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    4 None eggs
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    6 slices bacon, quartered
    None None Arugula leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with foil.
    Spread each English muffin half with barbecue sauce. Arrange tomato slices around the edge of each half. Break an egg into the center and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese. Season to taste.
    Bake for 10-15 mins until egg white is set.
    Meanwhile, heat a medium skillet on high heat. Cook bacon for 1-2 mins each side until crispy. Top pizzas with bacon and season to taste. Serve with arugula leaves.
