Ingredients

2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp brown sugar
14 oz chicken tenders, thinly sliced
1/4 cup tikka paste
1/3 cup mango chutney
4 pieces naan bread (7 oz)
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/3 cup yogurt
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation

Combine the onion and sugar in a small bowl. Cook the onion mixture on a heated oiled grilled pan or in a skillet, turning, for 10 mins or until the mixture caramelizes.
Meanwhile, toss chicken with the tikka paste in a medium bowl. Cook the chicken mixture on a heated oiled grill pan (or in a skillet) until cooked through.
Spread the chutney over the naan and top with caramelized onion, chicken strips and almonds.
Cook the pizzas on hot grill plate for 5 mins or until the bottoms are browned. Serve topped with yogurt, raisins and cilantro.
