Arugula, Broccoli And Pesto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp green pesto
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    None None large handful arugula
    None None a few leftover cooked broccoli stalks, roughly chopped
    1/3 cup feta, crumbled
    2 slices prosciutto, torn
    None None crusty bread roll, to serve
Preparation
    Place pesto and lemon juice in bowl and stir to combine. Add arugula and broccoli and toss to coat. Add feta and prosciutto. Serve cold with crusty bread roll.
