Nectarine And Apricot Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed, cut in half
    5 tbsp butter, softened
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 None egg
    3/4 cup ground hazelnuts
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    4 None nectarines, halved, pitted, thinly sliced
    4 None apricots, halved, pitted, thinly sliced
    1/3 cup apricot jam, warmed, strained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease 2 baking trays. Lay out puff pastry on prepared pans.
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat until combined. Fold in nuts and flour. Spread thinly over puff pastry, leaving a 3/4 inch border around edges. Arrange fruit, overlapping slightly, over nut mixture. Bake for 15-20 mins, or until browned. Brush fruit with jam.
