Onion Tart With Poached Egg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tbsp butter
    3 None red onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
    1/2 tsp thyme leaves
    2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
    4 None eggs, poached
Preparation
    Melt butter in a medium skillet on low heat. Add onion and cook gently for 15 mins until beginning to brown. Stir in sour cream, tomatoes and thyme.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Cut four 5-inch rounds from pastry. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Prick each round with a fork.
    Bake for 5 mins. Spread evenly with onion mixture. Bake 8-10 mins longer until puffed and golden. Serve topped with a poached egg
