Vegetable Soup With Salmon Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp all-purpose flour
    6 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1 lb salsify, peeled and chopped
    3 tsp vegetable bouillon cube, crushed
    1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 lb savoy cabbage, chopped
    7 oz salmon fillet, pureed
    1 None egg yolk
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp cumin seeds
    None None fresh dill, for garnish
Preparation
    Mix the flour and vinegar with plenty of water and immerse the salsify for 5 mins. Drain and slice.
    Bring the bouillon powder and 5 cups water to a boil. Add the salsify, carrots and cabbage and simmer for 15 mins.
    For the dumplings, mix the pureed salmon, egg yolk and lemon juice and season. Using 2 small spoons, form the mixture into dumplings and cook in boiling salted water for 3 mins. Drain.
    Heat a frying pan and toast the cumin seeds for 2 mins. Stir into the soup and season. Ladle into bowls and add the salmon dumplings. Garnish with dill.
