Tuscan Almond Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    4 None eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cups pine nuts
    1 1/3 cups almonds, toasted and chopped
    2 tbsp finely grated orange peel
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    Sift flour, sugar and baking powder onto a flat surface. Make a well in the center and pour in combined eggs and vanilla. Bring ingredients together to form a dough. Add nuts and orange peel and knead gently to incorporate.
    Divide into 3 portions. Roll each piece into a log. Place on prepared pan.
    Bake for 20 mins. Cool on wire rack. Cut logs on the diagonal into 1/3 inch-thick slices. Place in a single layer on baking pans.
    Bake for 20 mins, until lightly browned. Cool completely on wire rack. Store in airtight containers.
