Coffee And Nutella Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups self-rising flour
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup ground hazelnuts
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tbsp instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tbsp boiling water
    2 tbsp Nutella
    2 None large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 2/3 cups buttermilk
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    3 tbsp butter, softened
    1 tbsp milk
    1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped coarsely
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
    Sift flour into a mixing bowl. Stir in ground nuts and sugar. Whisk together coffee, Nutella, eggs, buttermilk and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Distribute between muffin recesses and bake for 20 mins, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Meanwhile, to make the hazelnut frosting, sift powdered sugar and cocoa powder into a small bowl. Stir in butter and milk until combined.
    Spread hazelnut frosting over cooled muffins. Top with chopped hazelnuts.
