Prawns In Tomato And Saffron Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None tomatoes
    2 tbsp olive oil
    10 large raw prawns
    1 medium onions, finely diced
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 small dried chilli pepper
    1 tsp ground saffron, soaked in 3 tbsp warm water
    200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
    None None mint, for garnish
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a pan and saute the prawns. Season then remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, saute the onion and garlic. Add the tomato, chili pepper, saffron and saffron water then simmer for 5 mins. Add the cooked prawns and cherry tomatoes to the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 mins then serve with a garnish of mint.
