Barbecue Spare Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups tandoori or tikka masala curry sauce
    2 lb pork ribs, cut into sections of 2-3 ribs
    18 oz garlic and cilantro-infused rice
    None None mixed greens, to serve
Preparation
    Combine curry sauce with 1/2 cup water in a saucepan. Add ribs, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
    Preheat grill. Remove ribs from sauce and grill for 4-5 mins per side, until well browned. Serve with sauce, rice and mixed greens.
