Honey And Vanilla Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None vanilla bean
    10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter, melted then cooled
    1/2 cup honey
    3 None eggs
    3/4 cup sour cream
    2 cups self-rising flour
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 tsp powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease deep 8-inch round decorative fluted cake pan.
    Split vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape seeds into large bowl. Add butter, honey, eggs and sour cream; whisk until combined.
    Sift flour and sugar over honey mixture; stir until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake cake 30 mins. Cover cake loosely with foil; bake a further 30 mins. Remove foil; bake about a further 5 mins or until a skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on wire rack.
    Invert cake onto serving plate and dust with sifted powdered sugar.
