Gluten-Free And Low-Fat Avocado Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g dark chocolate
    2 None medium-size ripe avocados (7 to 9 oz)
    4 None eggs (medium)
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup brown sugar
    3.5 oz ground almonds
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    None None Cocoa powder for dusting
    None None Baking paper
Preparation
    Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt in a bowl over a warm water bath.
    Cut avocados in half, discard stone and remove flesh from the shell. Puree the avocado flesh, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar. Stir in chocolate. Mix in almonds, cocoa and baking powder until incorporated.
    Line the base of a square springform pan (approx. 9 x 9 inch) with baking paper. Fill the pan with batter and smooth. Place cake in a preheated oven (350\u00b0F) bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
    Loosen the cake from the pan, cut into pieces and sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
