Salmon And Pea Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None refrigerated pie crusts
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    3 None eggs
    1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
    7 oz smoked salmon slices, cut into thin strips
    1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
    2 tbsp finely chopped dill
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 6-cup Texas muffin pan.
    Cut pie crusts into six 4 1/2 inch-squares. Press a pastry square into each muffin cup, trimming edges. Line each crust with parchment paper and fill with dried beans, rice or pie weights. Bake 8-10 mins. Remove paper and weights. Cool crusts slightly.
    Whisk cream and eggs in a medium bowl. Season to taste.
    Divide feta, salmon, peas and dill evenly among crusts. Pour egg mixture over each to fill.
    Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0F. Bake quiches 15-20 mins, until just set.
