Zucchini, Feta And Corn Wedges - cooking recipe

1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
1 medium zucchini, grated
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
3 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2 tsp sugar
1 cup milk, plus additional, for brushing

Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
Combine the corn, zucchini, crumbled feta and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.
Sift the flour and sugar into a large bowl. Stir in the corn mixture. Add the milk. Stir with a spatula until the mixture forms a soft, sticky dough. Knead on a floured work surface until smooth. Press the dough into the prepared tray. Score top into 12 wedges. Brush with additional milk.
Bake 30 mins until golden and cooked through. Cool in pan 5 mins. Cut into wedges and serve.
