Chicken And Mushrooms With Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp peanut oil
    5 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    8 None green onions, coarsely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    7 oz shiitake mushrooms, thickly sliced
    7 oz gai lan (Chinese broccoli), coarsely chopped
    5 oz oyster mushrooms, thickly sliced
    1/4 cup oyster sauce
    4 oz enoki mushrooms, trimmed
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok n high heat. Stir-fry chicken until cooked through. Remove from wok.
    Add onion and garlic to wok; stir-fry until onion softens. Add shiitake mushrooms; stir-fry until tender. Add gai lan, oyster mushrooms, sauce and 2 tbsp water; stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Add chicken; stir-fry until heated through.
    Remove from heat. Toss in enoki mushrooms and parsley. Serve with steamed jasmine rice, if desired.
