Sausage Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, halved
    1 None medium zucchini, cut crosswise into 6 equal pieces
    12 None cherry or small plum tomatoes
    6 None thin beef sausages
    None None tomato or barbecue sauce, to serve
Preparation
    To assemble skewers, thread bacon, zucchini, tomatoes and sausage onto soaked wooden skewers.
    Heat a large grill pan or frying pan over medium-high heat. Lightly coat skewers with oil and cook, turning, for 10-15 mins, or until sausages are cooked through and bacon is crispy. Serve with sauce.
