Quick Cherry Clafoutis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    3 None eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
    1/4 cup flour
    1/3 cup raw sugar, plus additional 1 tbsp for sprinkling
    1 can (14 oz) pitted cherries, drained
    None None Powdered sugar, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease 4 shallow ovenproof dishes. Whisk cream, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl.
    Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Whisk in cream mixture until smooth.
    Divide cherries among dishes. Pour batter over top and sprinkle with additional sugar.
    Bake 15-20 mins, until cooked through. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
