Creamy Mushroom Gratin - cooking recipe

4 None large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
4 oz light cream cheese
2 oz sliced ham, shredded
1 tsp onion flakes
2 1/2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
3 oz grated pizza cheese
1 oz finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
None None salad, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange mushrooms on tray.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ham and onion flakes together. Divide between mushrooms.
Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and garlic. Saute for 3-4 mins, until crisp. Transfer to a small bowl and let cool for 10 mins. Add cheese and parsley, mixing well. Sprinkle mushrooms evenly with crumb mixture and bake for 10-15 mins, until golden brown.
Serve with salad.
