Spicy Fish Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb firm white fish fillets, coarsely chopped
    1 tbsp plus 2 tsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp kecap manis (thick sweet soy sauce)
    1 clove garlic, quartered
    1 None fresh small red Thai chili pepper, coarsely chopped
    1/3 cup coarsely chopped green beans
    1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    2 cups baby spinach leaves
    1 None mini cucumber, seeded and thinly sliced
    1 tbsp lime juice
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
Preparation
    Process the fish, 1 tbsp fish sauce, kecap manis, garlic and chili pepper until smooth. Combine the fish mixture, green beans and cilantro in a large bowl. Shape into 8 patties. Place on a foil-lined baking pan.
    Preheat the broiler.
    Broil the patties for about 3 mins each side, or until cooked through.
    Meanwhile, combine the spinach, cucumber, juice, brown sugar and remaining 2 tsp fish sauce in a medium bowl.
    Serve the patties with salad and sweet chili sauce.
