Lettuce Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 None iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
    2 None potatoes, peeled and diced
    4 cups chicken stock
    1/2 cup fresh dill, finely chopped + extra, to serve
    1 None lemon, zested
    None None yogurt, to serve
    None None crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and sweat onion and garlic for 2-3 mins, until softened. Add lettuce, potatoes and stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 mins, until potato is tender. Using a hand blender, puree soup until smooth. Add dill and lemon zest. Season and serve with yogurt and crusty bread.
