Chocolate Pots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
    Place chocolate into a heatproof bowl. Place over a saucepan of gently simmering water (do not let base of bowl touch water). Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cream and vanilla extract. Pour into 4-6 serving bowls or glasses.
    Refrigerate for 15 mins, until set.
