Brie And Salami Tarts - cooking recipe

1 1/4 cups heavy cream
4 None eggs
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
4 None refrigerated pie crusts
5 oz Brie, cut into chunks (or creamy blue cheese)
4 oz salami, chopped
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease three 12-cup petits-fours baking pans. Whisk cream, eggs, mustard and parsley in a medium bowl. Season to taste.
Using a 2 1/3-inch cutter, cut 9 rounds from each crust. Press rounds into prepared pans. Prick bottoms with a fork. Bake for 5 mins, or until firm.
Place a piece of Brie and a piece of salami into each crust. Fill with egg mixture.
Bake for 15-20 mins, until golden.
