Cherry Cranachan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz rolled oats
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp Kirsch (or dark cherry juice)
11 oz fresh cherries, pitted, plus 4 cherries on stems, as garnish
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Spread the rolled oats on a large baking sheet and bake in the oven for 7-10 mins until golden brown. Allow to cool.
Whip the cream and honey together in a large bowl until soft peaks form, then fold in the Kirsch or cherry juice. Layer the cream, pitted cherries and oats in four dessert glasses, finishing with a sprinkling of oats. Decorate with the cherries on stems and serve immediately.
