Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 1/3 lbs mixed tomatoes, cut into slices and chunks
2 tbsp basil leaves
Preparation

Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and oil in a screw-topped jar and shake vigorously.
Arrange tomatoes on a serving platter and drizzle with dressing. Season to taste and top with basil leaves.
