Caprese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 None mixed tomatoes, at room temperature, sliced
9 oz fresh buffalo mozzarella, torn
2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
None None Dressing
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation

Arrange sliced tomatoes, mozzarella and basil on a serving platter. Season. Whisk together ingredients for dressing then drizzle over salad just before serving.
