Spring Rolls With Tomato And Basil Salad - cooking recipe

4 None large spring rolls
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
6 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp sugar
2/3 lb tomatoes, halved, deseeded and cut into wedges
3 tbsp fresh basil, thinly sliced + extra sprigs, to garnish
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Place spring rolls on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, whisk vinegar, oil and sugar then season. Toss with tomatoes and basil. Divide between 4 serving plates, cut spring rolls in 1/2 and serve with salad. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and garnish with basil.
