Baked Bananas With Pernod And Macadamia Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None bananas, peeled
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup macadamia nuts
    2 tbsp butter, chopped
    1/4 cup Pernod
    None None cream or ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Arrange bananas and brown sugar in a 4 cup ovenproof dish. Top with nuts and butter. Drizzle Pernod over. Cover with foil.
    Bake for 15-20 mins. Remove foil. Bake for 15-20 mins, until golden. Half bananas lengthwise. Serve warm or cold with cream or ice cream.
