Middle Eastern Egg And Cheese Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 None hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp pistachio dukkah
2 slices rye sourdough, toasted
1/2 cup watercress sprigs
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation

Mash eggs with a fork in a medium bowl. Stir in cottage cheese and dukkah.
Top sourdough with egg mixture, watercress sprigs and onion.
